DESIGNWe employ specialized industrial designers, who can implement even the most demanding of ideas. We
also prepare technical documentation and manufacture prototypes.
PRODUCTIONWe produce fragrance closures and cream jars. We utilize the injection method in the production of
caps, collars and cream jars. Products consisting of several elements are assembled using hot-melt
UV LACQUERINGThanks to lacquering we can obtain a broad colour gamut for our products, and achieve many interesting
effects such as matt or glossy finishes. The lacquered layers are cured using UV rays, which
increases our products’ resistance to chemical and mechanical damage.
We use high-efficiency particulate arrestance filters. These devices meet all the required efficiency standards,
as well as the standards of the United States Department of Energy. Our air filters stop 99.97% of 0.3μm
particulates in the air.
We use a heat-recovery system which makes it possible for hydraulic-cooling plant to ensure the appropriate
temperature of the heating water. We also make sure to recover waste heat, which we use to heat our production
hall and warehouse.
We are aware that recycling is a key element of modern waste reduction. Therefore, we strive to recycle plastics
and lacquers and in this way prevent the squandering of potentially usable materials and hence reducing
raw-material and energy consumption.
